Return And Refund Policy
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item and apply for a refund from the date you received the product.
- Sniper corporation reserves a right to refund the product under the following terms:
- Sniper Total Security software is not compatible with your Windows operating system.
- If there is a trouble in validating the product.
- If there is an issue in working of the Antivirus software
- Consumer should have the receipt or proof of purchase of the product.
- No refund will be made under following circumstances:
- If you have not used the Authentic Activation key.
- If the consumer has changed his decision to use the product.
- If the consumer is not using a Genuine Windows operating system.
- If the order is found to be deceitful.
- Refunds will only be made if the reason of the request is found to be legitimate.
PLEASE NOTE: The money back guarantee or refund policy does not apply on the retail purchase of Sniper’s product. Any dispute regarding the offline purchase of the product should be handled with the retailer. Every retailer has its own return and refund policy. SNIPER CORPORATION will not be liable for the refund and the return of any offline product purchase.
How To Return a Product
If you are not satisfied with the product, use these simple steps to request a refund-

- Email us at email@example.com with the receipt or proof of purchase of the product and mention the reason for the return of the same.
- Refunds will be made to the same payment gateway through which the product is purchased.
- Refund will be made within 30 working days of the refund request.
- The amount of money refunded will exclude the shipping charge. Customer has to pay the shipping cost spent during the delivery of the product.
Any dispute arisen due to the refund policy of the company will be settled in maximum 30 days. If the negotiations fail to work out, then the disputes shall be settled by the law and court from the territorial jurisdiction of SNIPER CORPORATION office, located in Koregaon Park, Pune, Maharashtra, India.
